My Brother and I both loved this book. Its about a slave girl who cares for the empire's dragons, even though the over-complaining "dragon keeper" is supposed to care for them. But when the girl finds out what could happen to the last dragon she goes on a quest to take the "dragon stone" to the ocean. Along the way she finds a name,a dragon hunter, a crazed sorceror, and the meaning of friendship.
